Return a Product


Products returned for default or exercise of the right of withdrawal must be sent to the Slow Control company address.


Returns fees due to defective products are entirely assumed by Control Slow as well as the shipping of an identical new product, where applicable (see our Terms and Conditions). Return costs in case of withdrawal are for the client to pay.


It is recommended that you contact us before taking the initiative of a return: we will be able to establish a pre-diagnosis and rule out with you the most obvious case of confusion related to use of default (default related to a non-conforming use or difficulty of use). If a default is suspected, a postage-paid label can be sent on demand.


Upon receipt, the assumed default or returned under the right of withdrawal will be diagnosed by Slow Control teams. The replacement and the return free of charge by an identical new product or refund is conditional upon the absence of clearly non-conforming use observation (eg presence of moisture, damage caused by use of any means of improper load etc ...).


If the fault proves to be nonexistent or material having been subjected to a non-conforming use and that the client requests the return his product, Slow Control reserves the right to charge the customer the return postage.


In any event, the returns should be in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, manuals ...) for their remarketing in new condition, and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice.
